Shipping and Handling

Cafepress does ship to most international locations. All orders are shipped via UPS and take anywhere from 8 to 14 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address. You may click on the following link for international shipping prices and delivery times

Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Sign into your account to track your orders.

Sales Tax:

Cafepress corporate offices are in California and orders are shipped out of Kentucky. Orders shipping within these states are subject to sales tax. Tax amounts are based on the current tax rate for the county / state the order is shipped from.

Order Status:

You can easily check the status of your order by visiting your account page. An account is set up upon your first order.

Payment Options:

CafePress.com accepts credit cards and CafeCash as payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Paying by Check Card
If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.

Authorizing Your Credit Card
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don't actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

CafeCash

If you are selling merchandise on CafePress.com, you can now use the commissions you have earned to purchase products on CafePress.com (including your own products). For every $1 of commissions earned, you now have $1 in CafeCash! You can spend CafeCash to purchase any item offered on CafePress.com.

  • Just choose the items you wish to purchase and checkout as usual.
  • Use your CafePress.com account information when entering the checkout process.
  • When you reach the payment screen, we'll show you how much commission you have available to spend in the form of CafeCash. You'll then have the option to apply your CafeCash towards your purchase.

If you don't have enough CafeCash to completely pay for an order, we'll simply discount the order using your available CafeCash, and allow you to pay for the remaining amount by using our various payment options.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to a California, Nevada, Kentucky or Washington address.

Coupons and Discounts

Occasionally we will offer coupon or discount codes for use on purchases. Follow these steps to redeem your coupon.

  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • On the Payment page, enter your coupon exactly as it appears in the box that says "Coupon/Promotional Code."
  • Click "Apply."
  • If your discount qualifies it will be displayed in the Order Summary.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Please note Keds Studio custom shoes are made-to-order specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns.
Embroidered Products & Stitch Files: You may return any embroidered product for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. In order to obtain a refund of the stitch file conversion fee, you must contact customer support within 10 days of receiving your embroidered product(s) and you must return the product to Zazzle. If you posted an embroidered product for sale to your gallery without ordering a product, you must request a refund of the conversion fee within 10 days of the date Zazzle uploaded the stitch file to your “My Images” library, which will be indicated by the “sent date” of the stitch file confirmation email sent to you.

If you weren’t completely satisfied with your order and decide you want an exchange or refund, the process is simple:

  1. Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific whether you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.
  3. Return the package to:
